The Cap on Mweb Uncapped ADSL

My Uncapped 1Mbs ADSL has been throttled down to 0.04Mbps [URL Removed] barely enough to load web pages. This is the 2nd time in about 2 years. Both times it has been for "unreasonable usage".
Mweb refuses to define "reasonable usage", though. They will not tell me "you can use 50Gb or 60Gb per month" which I would be able to accept or choose to upgrade. They claim that their "server decides" and that "they do not know a number".
That is, I guess, because they could not then call it "uncapped" in their advertising.
This time Ms Abrahams (not the same manager last time) did disclose that it is calculated over 3 months and that my usage was 60Gb, 72Gb and 104Gb over the period. So Mweb's uncapped line is, for me, capped at 236Gb over 3 months, an average of just under 79Gb per month.
That makes their advertising a lie. It makes my life difficult. It is not appreciated.
