Do not upgrade via CELL C Direct

Cell C, I pass billboards on my way to work, your billboards profess you offer service and customer care. Cell C Direct did the upgrade and I assume that the divisions within your company do not communicate with each other. Since my last complaint you have sent another reference number, thank you, but it resolves nothing. I read a report on Hello Peter with the title 'Where is Sipho", I too am beginning to think he is missing! The complaint is regarding agreed contract and flat rate charge you are billing me. We are now heading to the close of month two since the original complaint was laid. Please understand, I am not going to go away. If anything you are arming me with the required information I need to cause you headaches. Please dont post a note below stating you apologise and the matter is being looked into... it has been looked into for two months. Please get a manager or supervisor on the phone to me and resolve what seems to be beyong your power to resolve or I will express my right of freedomn of speech and publisize my entire expoerience with your company. I may only be one small consumer but thousands of people read this sight and others.
