I cannot understand why I as the consumer has to run after a massive company like Cell C for some assistance, any other company you call with a query and it's dealt with right there and then, I am being charged R399 a month for 1GB Data, 100 minutes calls and 100 Sms's, currently I have not even used 10% of the services because they are never available, I cannot access the internet, I cannot receive calls or make them unless I'm standing on a roof or large rock and Cell C simply does not care, I urge you to respond to my complaint, Sidefree has probably eloped with over 100 pending complaints to deal with. I personally know of over 10 other customers with the same experience, PLEASE SHARE, TWEET, POST IN PAPERS OR BILLBOARDS (Whatever you have to do) to protect potential Cell C customers from these experiences, MAYBE WE WILL GET SOME ATTENTION! I want this contract voided, I am not getting what I am paying for!!!
