Incorrect account allocation

I lodged a complaint regarding the incorrect allocation of two contract accounts with Cell C in June 2013 - this after many unsuccessful complaints to Cell C. In response to the Hello Peter report, someone from Cell C phoned me the next day - 3 x, in fact, but within the space of 4 minutes. As I was in a meeting Icould not take the calls, but saw them coming through. A voice mail stated that they had tried to call me 3 times, failing to mention that there was hardly a minute between each call. Suffice it to say, they did not read the report as all the consultant said was there is no problem with your account. I have two contracts -one in my name and one in my son's. They incorrectly allocated the 400 min contract to my son's number (0722043971) and the 100 mins to mine (0825795789). Despite various emails, a report to Hello Peter - the changes have not been made and I am still paying an EXCESS amount monhtly as I exceed 100 minutes. My phone is used for work purposes. Cell C should merely check the accounts - all the evidence is there. I sincerely wish that someone that can READ and someone that cares about customer service at Cell C will respond and correct my account.s
