I called 808 on 16 September at 18:55 and spoke to Daphney. The reason for my call was that i was very upset after i have received a bill for internet usage that amounted to nearly R390.00 whereas i do not use internet on that particular handset other than checking emails on my Gmail account. I actually requested a detailed statement to show dialed numbers, the total cost for the internet with details of what website or downloads had contributed to this bill. Daphney said there is no reason for her to send me an itemised billing instead she will request a validated statement of which will be emailed to me in approximately 2hrs -24hrs. I waited and up until now i haven't received the statement or a call from MTN to explain why they have failed to furnish me with the statement. As a loyal client to my service provider of about 8 years now i have a right for requesting such information because i need to know what am i being billed for. I'm paying so much money for this contract already.

I wont be stupid to stop a debit order and risk being blacklisted but i need to be treated with respect and courtesy each and every client deserves, You do not promise unless you will delivery.
