I recently ended my husbands medical aid contract with momentum health. After many tries of trying to get hold of the call center while he was with me, we finally managed to get through to the call center and asked them to terminate the contract in the beginning of may. We were asked to send a confirmation email, which i sent from my husbands email address on the 15th of may. This email stated that the contract should be terminated for the end of May. We then received an email that confirmed that the contract had been cancelled. However, the debit order still went off in the beginning of June. When i tried to sort it out - i again got stone walled by the "marvelous" call center and complained directly to momentum. That was two weeks ago and nothing has been done. The email stated the contract was terminated but did not specify which month it was terminated for. Thus we believed it was terminated for the end of may as requested. I cannot believe the level of service momentum believes that they can give. The person i am supposed to be communicating with never answers her phone or her cell phone. How are we supposed to sort anything out?
