Smart Phone order wrong AGAIN after a month

I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 over a month ago, Digital planet called me to find out where they can deliver but the order was wrong there were two phones. I call fnb to fix the order. The order was cancelled and they told me that a new order would be sent through. I called digital planet for three weeks and they confirmed that they have not yet received the new order. I called FNB asking what is going on and I spoke to a lady whom said she will call me back and never did. I called again the next day and spoke to Justin who said he will also call me back within 10 minutes which he did not. I called again and spoke to a lady which said she would keep me updated and they are currently out of stock. No one has called me again. I have laid a complaint on the FNB website and no one has even responded. I called again today after I have received and sms saying that my new order has been confirmed and it was the wrong order AGAIN and was informed that digital planet has only ran out of stock yesterday!! I was to again!!! I am terribly disappointed in FNB and I want this sorted out today. I have been waiting over a month which is absolutely unacceptable!!!
