Unexplained charges, why care about small fish

I have been having an ongoing fight with MTN for almost a year now regarding data charges which cannot seemed to be explained on my contract. I refuse to deal with the call centre anymore as I have found the agents to be unhelpful and unfriendly. I submit all my queries via email which does not seem much better but I don't have to deal with an unfriendly voice. Now the same issue has come up on a data card which has not worked in months but I get the same response. I am sure I am being ripped off and I am frustrated because no one cares enough to help and there are no further contact available to escalate my unresolved query.
