MTN I am not surprised to see the very long list of complaints regarding two major issues. 1. Unexplained excessive and unusual data charges and 2. Recent very poor signal. As many others have stated MTN has got to be holding the record at the moment for shockingly poor customer service, both in stores and customer care call in. As happened earlier this year I am spending hours every day for well over a week now calling in and trying to get clarity on excessive data charges and nobody is being of any help and in the meantime the charges are continuing. I have had to resort to switching all data off on my phone to try and prevent further charges. Earlier this year we had a similar problem and in the end we ended up losing out a lot due to the a problem that could easily have been stopped 2 months prior if the MTN staff had done their jobs properly. I actually still have a list of the stores and the staff that we dealt with at that time as well as for this issue and my next step is to name and shame! Enough is enough!
