Enough is enough with the continuous billing issue

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge and urgency the customer care consultants have. I logged a case on the 11th of Sept with regards to my Sept statement. This is the 2nd month in a row, that you are billing me for my BIS service. This BIS service is part of my package!!! Yesterday, I had still not received any feedback therefore, called in yesterday afternoon 17th Sept. When I called in, I had to repeat the entire issue AGAIN!! The consultant promised that someone would call. I am yet to receive that call!! What is going on!? You are wasting my time by phoning in every month!!! For the past 4 months I've had continuous billing issues. If it is not my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 then it is my Blackberry. If my billing is not correct in the month of October, I will cancel and move to another network. This is utterly ridiculous!
