My tv stopped working, took HIrshs one week to collect my tv and its now been 2 weeks and no response or feedback given as to the progress of my tv.
i keep calling the head office in durban, and speaking to a lady called Nerosha..Both my husband and i keep calling her for feedback, but she receives no feedback from the technicians..
not a day goes by where we dont call her..we leave messages for her, she doesnt return our phone call, even if there is no update, she doesnt call to say she hasnt received any feedback..what kind of service does she provide...
i would recommend not buying anything from Hirshs.
