SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. AND NO ONE ABLE OR COMPETENT TO START THE QUERY AND RESOLVE IT WITH CLEAR INDICATION AS TO WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT IS THE REASON FOR NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEIR COMPANY.
NO EXPLANATION WHY OUR SERVICE WAS SUSPENDED AND WHY WE RECEIVE AN ACCOUNT WITH A CREDIT AND THE SAME DAY AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE SMS, AFTER THE SERVICE HAD BEEN SUSPENDED FOR 4 MONTHS ON A 24 MONTH CONTRACT.
AFTERN SENDING NUMEROUS EMAILS WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION - STAFF AT THE LIBERT MIDLANDS MALL ARE UNABLE TO EXPLAIN DISCREPANCIES OF MY ACCOUNT AND UNABLE TO CONNECT MY SERVICE.
