Data contract with endless issues

I took out a data contract with Wifi modem, but the device keeps loosing connection and when it connects it is very slow, getting about 50kbps. On MTN coverage map it shows we do have HSDPA . Signal bars are full and my phone does also connect much better then WIFI. I already send I email 2 weeks ago to [Email Removed] with no reply. I even went and bought a Poynting antenna, now getting signal of 61- dB, but still disconnect every couple of seconds.

No use I have a contract and it takes me an hour to download 30mb file. Please cancel my contract if this can not be resolved.
