Full signal extremely slow almost dialup speeds

On the 17th of last month, my fiance and I went into Cell C in Cape Road to open a new Cell C data 2GB data contract including the USB Speedstick (MF190). I took the Speedstick home, waited 24 hours and it was working fine... For less than 24 hours only...

After that, I connect and it claims its connected to HSPA but if I browse a page or download a file, it takes forever to display the pages and downloads are maxed out at between 5kb/s up to max 40kb/s.

Needless to say I'm extremely frustrated and I refuse to pay for a service I'm barely able to utilize.

Sometimes it works just fine for a few seconds and then the connection becomes slow and slugging even disconnecting me multiple times a day and to make matters worse... this speedstick is wasting data since I'm forced to load a page half way then disconnect and reconnect like a hundreds times a day just to reload Facebook for example.

I'm in North End and would like this sorted out or my contract cancelled, either way this needs to be resolved sooner rather than later...
