Waste of money

Last night I couldn't connect to the internet although I had full 3G signal, it took 10 minutes on the call centre of being passed around and gave up. My cell phone isn't mtn so I paid for the 10 minute call. I think it is a joke that after 10 my problem still hadn't been solved. I should have gone with another network.
