After a very fast response via email asking detailed information about my problem I was amazed. The next week Monday someone called me from 8ta (not to the cell number I reported with but to the cell number on the contract). After a struggle I answered and the person asked me if I will be available the next day 12:00 for a technician they would send out. The next day - 11:00 the technician pitched up at my house. (after I said 12:00). The technician did a few "tests" and then went on my computer and did a "speed test". In the meantime he took notes. He told me about 2 cell towers and that was it. He also told me that I will be kept in the loop.

It has been more than a week since the technician was at my house, and I have heard nothing from them!
The internet also has not gotten any better. In fact it only gotten worse!

I am happy that my contract ends Dec 2013 because I WON'T renew it!
