Poor network signal in Strandfontein, Western Cape

Since last year the network signal quality in the Strandfontein area has been deteriorating. Just before Christmas we'd have the signal disconnect periodically then starting last night we lost signal completely. My sister and I are Cell C users and I intend to connect via Wi-Fi also. Unfortunately the lack of signal makes for frustrations with communications in every way. I can't even run a business as I cannot connect with my clients. There were times I could not even make phone calls! This is infuriating. How can we be paying for a service we are not getting?? I chose Cell C because I "believe" that it is affordable and offers better network options, but now I am not so sure :( How long before the technical problem is addressed and resolved? I cannot afford to lose business on account of this problem
