No response CellC regarding fixing network problem

Hello Peter,

I lodged a complaint at Cell C about 3 weeks ago regarding a network failure after a hailstorm occurring on the 10th November 2013. They did send out a technician to measure my network signal at my office and house in President Park AH and confirmed that the alignment of the signal on their side was out and floating over my property, hence my devices cannot pick it up. Since then I have been phoning every day to find out when that problem is to be fixed, with no answer whatsoever. So now I sit with 2 cell phone contracts and one data, I can't even make a phone call, let alone connect to the internet, whilst having to run my everyday things. They also have not approached me regarding any compensation regarding the loss of a network signal, yet I am stuck to 12month contracts. When I phone I don't get beyond the technical call centre who keeps on sending emails to the actual department with my query but I don't get any feedback on when the signal will be fixed, if at all. Out of desperation I had to buy another network's simcard and spend a lot of money on buying prepaid data. I am sooo fed up with CELLC.
