I am so disgusted by Vodacom Service. My contract was upgraded without my consent. I was told that there is an investigation taking place and I must submit neccessary documents. I did exactly that. Its been weeks now and there is no feedback. My account is deducted for a service that I didnot opt for. What kind of a company are you. It is unethical to take customers money for a service that one did not sign up for. I am disgusted! disguted! disgusted! THIS IS Breach of NCR act!
