Vodacom is increasing their PROFIT by REAPING US

I am disgusted by Vodacom. My Vodacom contract expired and when I enquired last week as I was planning to terminate. I was told that I have updgraded to data package on the 20 June 2013. I have been sent from pillar to post. How can they take advantage of upgrading me from Weekend package to Data package without my consent. I have been a Vodacom customer for more that 10 years and this is what I get for my loyalty. It is illegal to upgrade a customer without consent. I am so disgusted!
