Vodacom keeps deducting BIS after contract upgrade

I realised that Vodacom keeps deducting BIS (from my previous BB contract) after I have upgraded to a Smart Standard Contract.

I am not worried about the R59, but rather the manner in which Vodacom conducts its business. I realised that this is a common occurrence amongst Vodacom customers - unethical practice to exploit its customers (how many other Vodacom customers have you exploited in the same manner?)

I logged a service request (S3-TPE37-7PAUG) - as expected, no feedback.
