RAPID BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS-BREACH OF CONTRACT

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER!! Iv already stated my case under DODGY SERVICE but after almost 4 MONTHS there is still no solution. They called me twice and informed me that they have not started the registration even though I paid in full in Nov 2013. They now tell me that i was supposed to submit documents in a certain format- 3 months after I sent the documents in. Disgusting and illegal. There is a breach of contract here and all the complainants should be refunded for the work that hasn't been done. I will be looking into reporting this company for the unethical business practise. They take your money and then do not answer your calls. Does anyone know of a regulatory body that we can report this company to? I have told them that I will continuing posting my experience but they just don't care! Hopefully we can resolve this issue and NEVER use this company again
