Upgrade without Consent

I have become the latest victim of where 2 upgrades have been successfully completed without my consent. Can Vodacom guarantee the safety of its customers information? This has a financial implications, and its breach of contract

I followed process to report this issue and faxed police affidavit in December. I was told investigation will take 14 days, meaning I will get feedback by 03/01/2014. Instead I have been the one calling customer care for updates. Latest Service Request # S3-04U22-2SR4G.

According to new upgrades, I am expected to be paying R1402. This will not happen, I will pay Vodacom what is due to them until I finish my contact which is ending in Feb and another in August. To take control on my side, I have stopped all debit orders until this issue is resolved. I don't have capacity or time to be running after Vodacom. They have allowed this mess to take place and it is only fair that they take responsibility of their own internal flawed processes.
