Last year August I bit the bullet, used my savings and spend R10000.00 purchasing a NEW iPhone 4s 64g, 8 months down the line I encounter a problem with the touch screen (it did not work) and had to take it in for repairs at Vodaword, two weeks later I received a new swop out unit from them as they said it was an manufacturing defect. Yesterday the new iPhone packed up (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working) I decided to call the customer care line whom informed me that the warranty expired a week or two ago, and that I did not receive a year warrantee on the swapped out phone. My phone does not have any scratches on it and has been looked after extremely well. It is so disappointing that a big company which I support every month would not even look at helping out. Very disappointed, a waist of my hard earned savings which is clearly a manufacturing issue. Please assist
