Firstly i called the call center of MTN and they told me which stores i can go to where there is a technician on site who can do my software update, i went to those stores and they told me that their technicians dont do SONY only Blackberry & Nokia obviously i was shocked considering that i called the customer care line first to find out where can i go and what should i take with me. The next thing i am being told to go to the store that i purchased my phone from, didnt cause any seen just took my phone and went to the westgate store # 155 which is where i got the phone from. I submitted my phone for a software update after 3 to 4 days i was called to come and collect my phone i was so happy and excited for such a speedy process. The problem came when i collected my phone and i was putting in my sim card i found out that my microsim adapter is not there. I told them that my phone is missing a microsim adapter and they looked at each other and the gentleman that was helping me told the other one that i am missing a microsim adapter i think the guy is either a supervisor or their manager and he said the phone doesnt come with a microsim adapter, i told him that mine came with it.
