My phone cable was and my phone was off for a month. Telkom sent me a message that they were not going to replace the cable and is looking at alternates to assist me. When I phoned I was told that I will have to go wireless and for that I need to go into my nearest branch which I did. I went to N1 City and a very competent lady Bukeka assisted me. The N1 city branch was out of stock and she was going to let my daughter know when the device was ready for collection. When Bukeka phoned I also received a phone call from Telkom saying that they on there way to install the device. I then spoke to Bukeka who said that she will then cancel the 1 device from her side. NEVER did I request for 2 numbers on one line. I logged the query as soon as I got my statement but nobody can tell me when the dispute will be resolved. Is it my problem that your systems dont speak to each other - My account was in credit and now I received a bill of R800 Where and how did you get to this ridiculous amount. I was told that I will stay on the existing package that I am on where I can phone for free after 7pm as long as the call does not exceed 1hr. You really dissapointing me big time.
