Absolutely terrible service

I wanted to book in my S3 for repairs, the power button sometimes gets stuck so the phone goes into a bootup loop. When I tried to book in the phone the guy helping me said it will take up to 30 days, on average 20 days to fix the phone. They cannot provide a proper phone to loan while this one goes in nor can they provide a sim adapter so that I can use it on my old phone. They refuse to provide a voucher so that one go go get one myself. When I asked them to find out if one of the other branches can repair the phone they told me sorry, they cant phone them because normally they don't answer (this was said by the manager). They asked me to drive to the midrand HQ branch because they refused to phone them.

Really, its totally unacceptable for repairs to take up to 30 days if you cannot provide an altenative to what you are selling, nor an an adapter so that I can use my old phone. Plus you cannot expect a client to drive in between branches due to they refuse to call them and that they dont normally answer their phones.

Ive had nothing but issues with nashua since I ungraded. I will not upgrade with them again. Ive already cancelled my other contract due to bad service.

Worse than Vodacom. If that were possible
