Micro Sim

I am waiting to port over to Cell C, but I need a data microsim for my iPad in the interim. I was told that sim cards were free, until I mentioned I needed a microsim. Now they want me to pay R150 just for the sim, that's crazy as I will need another microsim when I port over for my iPhone. I will then have spent R300 just on tiny pieces of plastic. Why are you charging more for a microsim? Vodacom sims are like R30
