Incorrect advice & a waste of R118

I recently upgraded my contract over the over the phone. I chose a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. The telephone consultant who did the upgrade told me that this new phone needed a microSIM. Thus I ordered 1 at the time of doing the upgrade. It was all delivered to my door. I then did the SIM swap over the phone, as directed by the original consultant. When my old phone stopped working 2.5 hours later, I opended up the new phone and microSIM. I was shocked to find that the new phone does NOT take a microSIM!! I immediately phoned customer care to reverse the SIM swap. I waited for 55 minutes to get through and was informed me that there was nothing she could do over the phone. I had to spend 24 hours without cellphone contact. The next day, I went to a vodashop where the assistant indicated that there was nothing she could do except another SIM swap, for which she would have to charge me. I needed the use of my phone so felt obligated to agree to and pay for a second SIM swap. Your consultant's wrong advice has to wasteed my time and money (R55 for the first SIMswap - debited to my account - and R63 for the second, cash in store). I lodged an email complaint (0013Ma8FVHE61Y81) & no reply!
