Vodacoms takes revenge by cutting phone off

I tried to make arrangements for an arrears account at the accounts department yesterday morning 8h15 only to find the system was down (0821946). I was called back and the arrangement was made. At 4h30 I was sent an sms telling me I was going to be cut off. I phone at 16h41 and was told that they would sort it out. I was then cross examined about my financial affairs to the point of rudeness. When I explained I was spoken over and told by the consultant they didn't understand I asked for a supervisor, was put on hold and told no team leader available as usual. I insisted and was puy on hold and cut off. I phoned back with the same request was put on hold and cut off and then my phone was cut off. I believe this was malicious because I wanted to defend myself. I called back and after 18min put the phone down, no answer. I phoned service centre and was purportedly put through to someone who could help 18 minutes later I realized I had wasted my time again and this person could not help. I said if they valued my business someone needed to call me back. Nothing. A total 66 minutes.
This is the end I will finish my contracts and after over 10 years as a customer will go elsewhere.
