Signal growing worse by the day

At the start of 2013 I started looking at 3G packages. Someone at work recommended 8ta. Long story short, I used the 3GB promo for a few months with great success. I then heard that the 10GB promo contract was coming to an end, so I rushed to my nearest 8ta store and got it, since it was cheaper than getting 3GB all the time. Now, after signing a 2 year contract I am plagued with bad signal and sometimes even connectivity drops. I have had to return the supplied 3G device twice to the 8ta store now, because it doesn't work as advertised. FIX YOUR!!!
