Incompetent, lazy, useless staff at MTN network

Ever since I have upgraded my contract from 100 Top-up to 100 anytime I have daily problem, causing me to visit MTN shop at Fourway Crossing nearly daily! This is so shocking that a simple problem cannot be solved. Firstly I should have access to international calls that I always had before but now after new improved contract those lazy incompetent staff did not bother to connect me on the network to enable international calls. After, supposedly fixing it on Saturday, spending nearly an hour at the MTN shop getting a ref no and being told that I will be connected to international calling facility, instead they cut me off entirely today so I cannot receive or make any calls. What kind of people are employed there, do they even know what are they doing? surely not, there is no training, no supervision and no desire by staff to perform any basic duties and we paying so dearly for cellphone connections. They stay there and talk to each other doing ZERO work and if they do something it is always wrong! How this country will ever survive and prosper with this kind of employees? 0
