Cell C branch can not help me with basic service

I need to change my network settings so i can make international calls

The first time I visited the branch they made the changes as requested. only later I found that I still was not able to make international calls.

I visit the branch again, a women lying back on her chair was assigned to help me. She was very disrespectful and said that i need to call head office to make these kind of changes. When I explained that they did try to make the changes on a previous visit she said "yes, it will not work because you need to call head office". I then excepted her suggestion. My next request was that i would like to receive my Cell C invoices by email rather that by post mail. Without thinking she said again I need to call head office.

There after i started to distrust these answers and asked for the manager only to find the same rude attitude supporting the employee lying back
I left the branch that day with time wasted

If it is the truth it is fine but the thing that really blow me off was the attitude and the rude manner i was treated. I would not have have a similar employee on my payroll.

After discussing this matter among friends I picked up a number off similar cases!?!
