I recently subscribed to a contract with 8ta. All of a sudden my new simcard was disconnected after which i had to find out that the rica was done on someone else's name. When i phoned 8ta, they told me to just get a new simcard. The problem is that I stay 150km from the closest 8ta outlet, work 7 days a week so it is impossible for me to sort this out. I expect of 8ta to rectify this as it is their mistake and not mine. Now i am paying for something i can't use. Otherwise they should just cancel my contract if they don't want to sort it out!!!
