Incorrect billing

I have on at least 3 occasions reported incorrect invoicing. Im on the Telkom Simple contract and should be paying R399 per month, yet continously get charged over R500 pm on subscription services. Telkom employees insist they have " fixed" it on the system every time, but my account does not reflect any correction. I urge Telkom to permanently correct the error and to pass credit for overcharging.
