Cell C
No Signal, terrible customer service

Having a major accident at home in Parklands we are just so grateful to have a Telkom home phone because neither of our Cell C contract phones would make a call out to call an ambulance. Nobody bothers to phone us any more because they cannot get hold of us when we are at home. Serious signal related issues all around cape town including while at work in Montague Gardens. Not logged onto network messages, emergency call only messages, high speed internet is nothing but a joke... been trying desperately for the last 2 weeks to get some kind of feedback from Cell C but we just get ignored, nobody gets back to us... This is our official letter stating that we are officially cancelling our contract, the reason is total lack of service, and breach of contract by Cell C by promising services that it does not supply. Game over Cell C, you won't get a cent more out of us.
