WE HAVE AN UNCAPPED INTERNET CONTRACT WHICH IS THROTTLED AT 3GIGS WHICH STARTS ON THE 12TH OF EACH MONTH THIS MONTH NO FAST SPEED WE CONTACT THE CALL CENTRE THIS MORNING AND WE ARE TOLD WE HAVE USED 5 GIGS ALREADY IN ONE DAY. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE AS OUR SPEED HAS BEEN PAINFULLY SLOW. CALL CENTRE OPERATOR CANT HELP HE REPEATS HIMSELF CLEARLY READING HIS RESPONSE FROM HIS SCREEN ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR WE ARE TOLD SUPEVISOR AVAILABLE BUT NOT AVAILABLE TO TAKE OUR CALL, WE HAVE BEEN WITH MTN FOR MORE THAN A DECADE AND THE SERVICE REALLY STINKS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF WHO CANNNOT RESOLVE ANYTHING . WE WILL BE CANCELLING ALL OUR CONTRACTS WITH THEM AND WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY CANCELLATION FEES AS THEIR SERVICE AND WILL REPORT THEM TO THE CONSUMERS PROCTECTION ACT.
