I have a complaint now with Vodacom since, 1 Oct 2013. although I have informed them that laywers is involved and the case will be be published as the way I as a customer is treated and thi so far is costing me over 6k just to atleast get feedback and a resolution form this company, they still dont care everyday I'm phoning mailing, on hello peter with just NOTHING form this company, the last tim one of thair staff members contacted me I was still at a law firm regarding this query and I told this person... nothing bothers them. my whole query started that I have upgraded from a very expensive to the most cheapest contract (obviously for a reason) Vodacom on their own took out another contract a NEW contract, so please be aware as I am losing a lot of money monthly due to this, example my max budget for a celphone pm is R150, now with the mistake Vodacom made my bill is close to R2000 a month and as I said earlier this is since the end of September and believe me NO one at Vodacom is even trying to sort this mistake THAY made out, it's VERY frustrating and hurting not to be able to support my family for their needs due to a huge mistake Vodacom made and they are going against the
