Really pathetic service and support!

I took my Lumia 920 to nokia care centre in Cape town on Friday 30th of August 2013. I was told the phone had to be sent to Johannesburg for repairs and would take at least 10 working days to return. I was told that I would be contacted as soon as the phone arrived back in cape Town. 2 weeks passed and I went to the branch, since the phone is ALWAYS either engaged or just rings without answer. To my utter dismay none of the incompetent staff could find my phone on the 'system'. After about an hour of waiting, I was told the phone was still on the 'technicians bench' and hadn't even been sent away to Joburg yet. I was again promised the phone would be sent ASAP and returned to me during the week of the 16th September. So on the 20th September, I had to go to the branch again because THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS. After another hour of waiting for the staff to find out where the phone was, it was now still in Joburg. So again empty promises were made that the phone would be back in Cape Town today, the 30th September and surprise surprise its not.

I don't know how nokia can allow stupidity like this within their industry?? PLEASE SORT THIS INCOMPETANCE OUT!!!
