Dissapointment on Service Received

I bought a Nokia C2-. On receipt the call button & the volume button was not working, volume was on low & I could not hear people. I took the phone to Nokia Care centre in Hartfield. I left it and they said they will phone me when fixed. The following day they called me & told me that they cannot fix it they will send it for repairs. Itwas on Thursday and I was going out of town. I said I cannot cope without a phone I will return it when I come back, they did not charge me. Indeed after few weeks I took it back so that they can send it for repairs. The following day they called me they have not sent the phone away because when they opened it they found oil inside the phone, they will not fix the phone unless I give them R400. I requested them not to fix it and advise that I will collect the phone. They told me that I must pay R100 when collecting the phone. I ask what is it for? She never explained it to me & I would never have left it because I sent it there 2 B repaired under warranty. I collected phone. What I do not understand this oil I do not know about, how did it affect the fact that the answer button & the volume button is not working. I feel robed.
