I went to Bela Bela Cell C store to migrate my phone account to my daughter. She was using this for almost since whenever. At the store the people working there where absolutely useless. They did not understand, after explaining is their mother tongue what i want. Since the Cell C system were off they promised to do it over the phone. I am staying in Thabazimbi, 150 km from Bela-Bela. OK the result after 6 weeks is as follows: 1) The contract has not been migrated but a new contract has been issued. 2) Phone she got did not take her old sim card but needed a micro chip.3) the micro chip was posted to her by ordinary post to an address hat does not exist. Not the official post office address but a street address where no street delivery exist. 4) the phone sold to her (Galaxy S4) does not work n our area since there is no Cell C towers. 5) The phone is BOROKEN but they charge her R9000.00 for it. 6) Cell C still debits my account with the monthly subscription albeit I sent them a compliant on their website and phoned them to rectify the situation. Im my experience Cell C is useless. Please try and help me since I am now clueless on how to solve the problem.
