Broken Galaxy 4 - speakers after 18 days

Hallo, after numerous attempts, calls to 140, ending up at Richard at cancelations, trying to cancel my contracts with cell c the phone was just press to cancel my 95 minute call to Cell c call center. Try to reason with cell c manager bela bela - USELESS. TRYING cell C - 9 operators later no luck. The Galaxy 4 speakers broke down after being 6 days out of users guarantee. PLEASE DONT USE CELLC AS CELL phone operators. They don't want business.
