Dont understand what customer care is about

I have an account with cell c for years and this is how you are treated, this incident has now made me rethink my choice. i asked cell c to stop charging me a monthy fee for my bis as i was buying bis with my airtime.
the uneducated people who couldnt understand, after speaking to a few people in customer care, they then cancel my bis service entirely and when i called back they told me they reactivated it, its been 3 days now and nothing, its either cell c doesnt care about their customers anymore as they make enough money or they want us to move over to their competitors. if this issue doesnt get resolved asap i will definately move over to a service provider that cares and will take my husbands accounts over as well. then soon more people will follow.
