Vodacom ripping us off

Vodacom keeps deducting my money from my account for a service I'm not receiving. I don't have a contract with them so I really don't know why they keep taking my money. I have been calling their customer care which also has the worst service because each agent you get tells you a different story. I asked them to cancel and stop taking my money but still to no avail. Vodacom are just!!!
