Neotel
No phone

I have 2 Neotel phones. I need another. I order one telephonically last Wednesday. They said I will have it Friday. No arrival, I phone Tuesday. They tell me they out of stock with the model, but for a few rand more, they will send me an upgraded model, and will deliver Friday (today). I phone today, they tell me they don't do deliveries for swops. They will get back to me. I'm still waiting. I need another phone, over and above the two I have. What do I have to do/say?
