Once again, you fail to deliver. This time literally. I ordered a Home Theatre on Friday, paid and choose the next day delivery option. On Friday I received a mail confirming that my product is ready to be sent. Monday Nothing. Tuesday, Nothing.

On Tuesday, I eventually phone your call centre who refers me to some other number that just keeps ringing. I then phone Fedex, who informs me you created a Waybill online and never even handed them the package?

I phone the call centre again, who eventually refers me to Jody at your head office. He confirms that he see that the package wasn't handed over, but that he will need to investigate why and call me back in a couple of minutes. Still Waiting!!! It is now Wednesday, Day 4 after you promised next day delivery! How pathetic. I will not wait any longer!

I need someone from your Woodmead branch to phone me and let me know what time I can collect my Home Theatre there THIS MORNING. If they don't have stock, they will just have to give me the next model UP I guess. I will not tolerate this incompetence, especially not after you have taken my money.

How ridiculous. You try to encourage people to shop online with you? Embarrassing!
