NEOTEL SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

I would just like to say i AM SO DISAPPOINTED in Neotel. The service is very dissapointing.. The company I work for uses there phones and we decided to get another phone from them about a month ago. We have had nothing but trouble with this phone since we got it, the phone worked for a week and then they disconnected it without any notification which is so unprofessional ecspecially when you have a business to run!! When you try to call them they either put the phone down or transfer you to the wrong department!! They then promise to call you back and then dont. You then have to phone them and when you ask to speak to the manager they do not put you through. When you finally get through to the right person they put you on hold for 45 minutes and then they tell you the phone is fixed. It then works for 1 day and the next day it doesnt work agian. How can you fix it one day and then the next day its broken agian. When you want them to send a technician out they dont want to. We did ask for technicians to come out when they did they had no equipment with them and then promised to come back the next day. Its been two weeks since then and still nobody has come back.
