On the 5 August I requested an upgrade of my wife's cell phone and MTN upgraded the wrong phone.
From then until now 13 August they still have not rectified this problem.
Apart from dropping of calls, slow information/data transfer and I have a fast internet connection which has become very very slow.
Service has gone for a loop.
