Blacklisted for account

On 19 May 2009, i was house robbed, and therefore was my ID book, drivers license and some other personal belongings. Case was reported to the SAPS, and i was issued with a case number: 235/05/2009. On 12 September 2013, i received phone call from attorney in Johannesburg saying that they received the case from Autopage, on 28 April 2013. An Autopage account was opened on my ID nr, on 29 July 2009. Period between case opened at police, and account opened, (2 months), period between account handed over too attorneys, and them phoning me, (5 months). Period as from when the account was opened on my ID nr, and it been handed of too the attorneys, (3 years, 2 months). Never have i opened any cell phone accounts, as for i am always been on pre-paid with Vodacom. Therefore according too the attorneys consultant, i have been blacklisted for this matter, and are held responsible for this account witch is now standing on R19 673.74. I have no proof of any accounts opened at Autopage, nor have i ever received any corrispondance from them regarding any account that has been opened. As i see this matter, has been taken place, and i am the victim of many such cases. Please help
