No response on investigation 13 days now

I regret the day I took a new contract with Vodacom the sales lady did not explain that I had to pay the first bill within 24-72 hours of activation, After they had delivered an incorrect phone I had it sent back and a correct one was delivered after a week only managed to start using the phone on 30/08/2013, Why must I be charged for days I did not use the phone or sim card? and now in arrears they charged me extra R100 for the first bill and still have not debitted my account till to date
Vodacom call me back wih feedback I will have to cancel the contract as no one is paying attention to this two weeks is long enough for investigations
